I know what you me an EN
I like to have cocoa coffee
and have to wait 20 min.
because of a diff. pill to take w/out food
so I take that when I
get up to pee early like 4:00 a.m.

I tested today 89 should have eaten before I
went to the back yard to pick
up apples but the coffee was still brewing.

Had grated zucchini instead of potatoes
called them zucchini browns! With our eggs and
little smokies! Yummy!

walked a hill today not far from home
and saw a deer, again today there are a couple of trees
that they like to hang around because of the shade.

Yesterday we went on a picnic ride
on the motor cycle to a farmers market
and I got some fresh produce.

Last night we had grilled salmon,
Hubby cooked that up;
and salad with fresh burp-less cukes in it
and tomatoes I got at farmers market last week.
I picked a couple of tomatoes from our yard
here this weekend love that.

Got cukes yellow crock necked squash, and
yellow zucchini and green ones at a diff. farmers mkt.
we went on a picnic ride took kfc grilled for that it was great fun.

Did my a.m. walk and it was on a hill today 30 min.
Sugars have been good except for last night it was up
one of those strange ones.

Had a real oops day today. With the scurry to get packed and on the road from DS's, I didn't walk nor did I exercise. And the night before I went off my meal plan by having a wonderful, cheesy, gooie, sausage dripping, deep dish pizza. Its all my DH's fault -- that is what he wanted for his birthday dinner.

But I am back on track today (we won't count the french fries I stole from DH's plate at lunch). I think you have to go off once in awhile or it becomes an obsession. The main thing is to get back on the next day.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

I did my hour-long weights training with my trainer today, waited 30 minutes and then did 45 minutes of spinning class. I'm beyond pooped. At least I have showered, so I don't stink anymore! The trainer weighed and measured me last Thursday along with some other fitness tests and I got the results today. I need lots of work! But I have lost 1 pound between Thursday and today, so that's good. And I've managed 30 minutes of cardio every day since then. I do hope I have a light day at work tomorrow, cause I don't know how sore I'll be...
