I'd agree with Twins' Dad that dog walking might be something that waits. Disappointing, but safer to avoid the possibility of an excited dog situation for a while. Wish things were different and, guess what... .. they will be. How often will you be going to PT? It can be sort of challenging and satisfying in its own way, to complete a PT plan. (very satisfying to finish) Hugs to you.

Twins ….perhaps you can have the pt person can come to you. My moms insurance allowed that because she couldn’t drive. Check with your dr.

Dh is walking dog twice a day, not on my schedule but she is surviving. dfriend M was away for weekend but is going to walk millie in the middle of week days to help w boredom - until they go away on 15 may.

i assume at some point i will begin to accompany them to get back some strength. i'm lamenting more my loss of strength and stamina and independence.

Pruning roses is my mission currently and helps with my exercise goals with walking.
I have 98% of my steps in today Tues. 4-23-24 by noon.

Started my new diet bet today with a migraine. Was able to get to class, but don’t know abt the rest of the day.

Took my meds and we’ll see where this goes.

I submitted both my scale showing my weight and full length picture of me for my diet net and they were accepted. That means I’m good to go. I have 4 weeks to loose at least a little over 6 pounds to win which is quite doable . Last game I lost 10 but only had to loose 7.

Another down day for me yesterday, but I did stay on my eating plan.

I am reading a book called the Obesity Code by Dr Jason Fung. Most interesting read about sugar real and artificial and how they effects our body, participially our liver ..

Anyway I am go g to try to give up sugar real or not. That’s gonna be a tough one but I’ve decided a teaspoon of real sugar in my coffee is better than the artificial stuff. Also was good at explaining why there is such a spike in type 2 diabetes. Same with how people become insulant resistant. I like how he writes medical information in easy to understand form.
