Nancy - that is FANTASTIC! 500 DAYS! WOW! Congratulations.
I would love to be able to be that consistent. Do you have any words of wisdom and willing to share any of your methods?

RR - You are so good at doing Diet Bets. I love that you found something that motivates and works for you. BWTG!

Nancy… laughing at Tip #1. Good one!

Went to class, took my flaxseed muffin to my coffee gathering, drank my coffee with no sugar.

Need to start working on my water… and I believe walking on my gazelle is in my future

Nancy.. YT has a great a great variety of people who have exersize videos. We do many walking and chair videos and I do some more advanced ones here at home. Some use resistance bans while others use 1-3 lb weights. Some have videos where you can walk 5 miles or get in 10k in an hour or so. M

If it were cooler like where you are with trees and paths I would to especially if I had a dog.

:x Geesh… these headaches are getting old, but I’m sure I say that every season

Ok so I didn’t get in my steps or water yesterday and thought I had no sugar stayed within my foods but ate more than I usually do. Had to because sometimes my meds upset my tummy and I need to eat to calm it down

I put my Fitbit on so I can capture steps beginning tomorrow. No lofty goals, just an awareness of movement.

Twins… good for you! Moving is better than not moving. My step goal always falls back when I get a migraine so I’ve learned to give myself some grace. Keep posting here so we can cheer you on.

I decided to walk outside this morning and my watch and step counter quit while I was walking. Thankfully when I had reached my half way point I stopped to see how far I had gone. My watch stopped some time after that so I just doubled my half way steps.

I don’t know about this no sugar thing, but as of yesterday I have become aware of sugars in the things I eat…not much there cause I eat so clean but I do use it with my coffee so I am only using half … 2 packs per cup of coffee, but my cup holds 12 ozs.

I haven had any diet soda in so long I can’t remember the last one… oh yes I do. I had one when Sweetie and I ate at our favorite fast food place. I had a bunless hamburger with a diet root beer with no caffeine, but that was before Easter.
