Stayed mostly on my eating plan although I did eat two wasa crackers which I have t had in a month.
Got in 14k steps and drank all my water.
Today I go to my coffee gathering and I may allow myself a donut.
I do not get on the scale everyday cause if I don’t see a difference or it jumps up a bit, I loose my motivation. I can tell I’m losing weight because my clothes fit better and this morning when I put on one of my exersize bras, it was looser. It has been tight in the past :
Need to stay focused. I’m pretty zeroed in at the moment but that can disappear in a flash if I’m not careful :
