Stayed mostly on my eating plan although I did eat two wasa crackers which I have t had in a month.

Got in 14k steps and drank all my water.

Today I go to my coffee gathering and I may allow myself a donut.

I do not get on the scale everyday cause if I don’t see a difference or it jumps up a bit, I loose my motivation. I can tell I’m losing weight because my clothes fit better and this morning when I put on one of my exersize bras, it was looser. It has been tight in the past :D:

Need to stay focused. I’m pretty zeroed in at the moment but that can disappear in a flash if I’m not careful :D:

Got my 10 K steps today actually got just under 12,000 K arwpa yea!

WTO Nancy! I was able to get in 14K yesterday, but had to use my glider for about 4K of them. My glider is in my office and I have a TV there as well. I'm trying to use it every time I turn the tv on when I want to watch something. However not in the early mornings I watch the news and drink my coffee...not ready to start my steps yet.

Yesterday I stayed on my eating plan, but I did eat a donut. I was at my coffee gathering and my friend said she hadn't seen me eat on in a while. Told her it was my reward for my bet and since I signed up for another one, she wouldn't be seeing me eat another donute for at least another month :D

I mowed the back for some of my exercise today. [Sat.]
That gave me half of my steps for today.
Done by 9:45 a.m. Some one else was already mowing.

Yesterday I was feeling off so didn’t get my steps in nor did I drink all my water.

Today my watch ran out of battery so I’m charging it now. I had 6K step before it happened so I won’t have a real count today.

I’m trying to come to terms with how my life changed in one fall. I will know more in a couple of weeks but I may not be able to drive for several months. I haven’t weighed since before the trip. No idea how much the cast weights but probably should start getting some readings. Dh is saying I won’t be able to handle walking the dog, she can be headstrong. I’ll have to have rides to PT.

I feel pretty weepy today.

Twins do you have a tread mill? Some people walk dogs on em.
Or an exercise bike?

I have walked to the longer walk in a valley with less wind got to see & get vid. of 4 deer.
Also saw how the rains have tore up the new storm water ditch they put in but it's not as bad as it was.

Nearly have my steps in for today and it is not two p m yet. I have like 85% of em in.
