Both balconies are very appealing and I, too, like the views of your city. I would be out there enjoying life all the time!!

The view is just as obvious from inside. There are times when one or the other of us will walk into a room to ask a question but get sidetracked by the view. The colour of the water, the lights at night, the view of different types of weather, rain or snow in one spot, sun in another.

The balcony is lovely in the evening but with the construction below us, is not a good place to sit out on weekdays.
