Thanks blessed.

I have been trying to regroup after yard sale some pupa and sort of three steps forward and two steps back.
I organized and cleaned up some in the plant cage as I decide what to plant in there.
I have been watering this is my at home day. I also moved a small folding temp. Folding fence for dogs,
and the stakes holding it up. Moved it so I could put up boards for shade during hot weather on the way.
Pulled a few weeds like five.
Cleaned the bird bath.

sounds lovely d Nancy!!!

hi d Lynn too and everyone!~

I am trying to figure out what the next right thing to do it. Right now I am thinking in too big of scope - looking at everything that needs doing.
Today will be a good day for weeding bc it poured this morning. I do thing that I need to do bills first bc once I start in the garden then I will never get to paperwork.

Saturday - I weeded the veggie garden (didn't put away the weeds yet), I transplanted some things. put the morning glories in the ground by the trellis.
pulled the bolted lettuce and spinach
trimmed extra leaves and suckers off tomato plants
worked from 10 am to 5:30 pm

I am not going to have veggies in there other than the tomatoes and onions this year. I love to donate food to the food pantry but not this year as I have so much work to do in the rest of the garden.

I am considering putting my blueberry bushes and strawberries in this area (at least for now).

I dumped weeds I had picked up and goit them in the trash.
Using the timer on my iPhone for watering tounds while I journal outside today.
Got a small area weeded and admired other areas I'd already done.
Put down seeds for a winter garden in the pl ant cage, found them in the pantry yesterday when I was rumaging around
Looking for something else. The leaves I put in the plant cage is now a lovely for planting stuff bc it ius composted
Down jn to mulch. I did not use this area last year but in this heat the shade is what plants love I realuze.
It is sort of an expermient so time will tell how it does. I put sweet peas flowers to climb up the chicken wire for somne color.
l put in corrots in various colors just for fun, swiss chard red next to the front foor easier access, and I have onions
In among these.

isn't it fun to admire the work you have done - especially with no weeds in an area (yet lol - we know weeds)
good for you d Nancy!
the compost of leaves sounds wonderful!

out dirt is so so so so soaked - if I were able to pick up a handful of dirt and squeeze it - it would be like a small waterfall. The dirt is that saturated.

I will see what I can do outside today.
