Just told ds that I am having a nice salad tonight - with grilled chicken, craisins, walnuts, and feta cheese. He declined and will defrost some shrimp and call it supper. I think dh will be home earlier so perhaps he'll have salad with me.

Today I had

Chicken Noodle Soup - good broth
Sloppy Joe - I had the sloppy joe open face with just the bottom of the bun
Asian Noodle Salad - spinach noodles, almonds and mandarin orange segments with a light dressing
Homemade Potato Chips very little salt - garlic and onion powder instead - no oil
I ordered broccoli but it was too mushy to eat. One of my dinner partners wanted to trade her peas so I did. They weren't any better - they were shriveled up so they kept staring at me. If you like mushy or shriveled vegetables they would be fine.
Diabetic Chocolate Cookie for tonight with tea

Out of bread, milk and eggs here. Must get to the store soon!

Tonight's supper will be hamburger patties, potato salad, and green beans. Will make a pot of soup and cornbread for tomorrow, now that the weather is cooler. Make that soup and crackers, instead, since eggs and milk are all gone...

Did a quick grab in the grocery store. Got a couple good deals on chicken.

Will have hot dogs, baked beans and a bowl of fresh cherries tonight. Might make a pan of brownies, too.
