phew I'm relieved I was starting to stress about that!

tonight: brats cooked in beer, sauteed onions, dijon mustard, french potato salad, salad with shallot vinaigrette, baked beans

Last night clam chowder for h. dgd had cereal I had a bean burritto, we were going to mcDonals but had a change in plans. H. was SO glad to just be able to veg. out! =D

Hi d nancy! here we didn't eat together but all had the same thing.. I have to figure out the time as a family and insist on most days of the week

tonight: caesar salad with chicken
fruit salad

lunch: it's cold outside: so I may use up last week's soup.
make: hard boil eggs for week

use up bananas
dd younger make apple cheddar muffins for week
me: make oatmeal for the next couple days

trying a new cabbage soup... last one was awful!!!!
tonight dd younger and I splitting a steak with red wine shallot sauce
potatoes pav
nice salad

cabbage soup I made: door county cabbage soup was very good

today is a corn cheddar soup by pioneer woman, bought spring veggies already made done, salad done, strawberries

we have a lot of left overs I have to freeze

I have salmon for dh and I already cooked, still spring veggies,
dd younger I am making eggs benedict as she doesn't eat fish and I have been wanting to practice 2 types of hollandaise sauce (maybe give some to neighbors for dinner)

lunch: tuna salad already made, with lettuce and fruit on side

We are having salmon & salad tomorrow night for Val. day here.
I love it and it's pink goes for the pink theme dinner.

Tried something new last night called "Coney Island Taters." It's basically ground beef and onion with bbq sauce added. (I also added chopped up pickles). Put that over a baked potato and add shredded cheese on top. Or do what I did and add a can of small whole potatoes, drained, and then put cheese on top.
