I'm on round two of the afghan border. It looks very pretty. I'll end with a light raspberry scallop row.

I won't be making the last 2 puppy puppets until after I've gotten my short stories submitted, by the Nov. 14th deadline. At that time, I'll try to make the puppets prior to Thanksgiving, so all of the holiday gifts are made.

After the holiday gifts are finished, I want to crochet DGD's vest for her Jan. b-day, 1 cat for a Feb. DGS-6-year b-day and 1 cat for DGS-4-year b-day, before those dates suddenly appear.

The border on the afghan looks beautiful! I'm doing a scalloped light raspberry edging now. It's stunning with the white and light raspberry afghan and border rows. It's going to be fun to see it finished.

That sounds good, Nancy.

The afghan border and dolly's matching afghan, turned out wonderfully pretty and nice. I know DGD will love them. She turned 22 months this week.

I'm planning to work on the 3 puppets for the tub, for the younger 3 grandchildren, on Thursday the 13th, when DH is at a retiree's luncheon. I plan to also watch, at the same time, Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel, that afternoon, which he's gone. It gives me entertainment and a warm heart, to see these types of movies, I can concentrate while crocheting, and sometimes I walk during the movies, in-house style, while they're on, too.

I did a "Google" search on Rectangle Granny Afghans images, up came several, I liked the variety I saw, so printed 1 pattern, to try for Christmas 2015, for the 3 youngest grands. They'll be nearly 3, 4.5, and 5.5. The pattern I printed had measurements for twin beds, etc....

I got sleeves hemned by hand watching the game on a project I had ready to do. Yea!

I put pigtails on DGD-22-months bath tub girl puppet. It turned out so sweet!

I put loopy chained red hair on DGS-3.5's bath tub boy puppet. It's way too cute!

Next up, is to make DGS-5.5's bath tub boy puppet in black-white variegated cotton yarn with black hair, to match the eyes.

All 3 puppets have black crocheted circle eyes, with a white stitch, for an "eye sparkle" in each eyes. It added so much personality. It's great to be able to improvise one pattern's directions with something, to add it to a pattern, by a totally different designer.
