Those are great gifts, BookSaver. You must have gotten a LOT of compliments. In my mind, I was thinking they were going to be smaller. I've heard the phrase "mug rug" used for even coaster-sized projects, but these are more practical and more versatile. You'll probably hear that your co-workers use them in lots of ways.

It's the binding and having mitered corners that takes a long time. I admire you for it! I would have probably done a simpler binding!

Good job on planning the sewing area clean-and-clear, Nancy. I need to follow you on that.
