Graduation Party Plans

This is a place for me to track the organization and execution of dd18's graduation party on Friday, June 3. Since it's only 1 week away, I don't know how much I can incorporate new ideas but I'd love to hear your input!!
The party is scheduled for 5 - 8:30 on Friday, June 3. We have 89 "yeses" to the invites plus several yeses that have not been recorded. We also know that not all the yeses will show up; or, they may show up for 20 minutes and eat nothing. Or, they may show up for 20 minutes and eat a lot. . . . . It's hard to say.

Food Done:
- ordered catering: pulled pork, brisket, mac 'n cheese, chafing pans. They will deliver and set up for me at 4 pm.
- ordered 2 extra sterno candles per chafing pan
- ordered 4 veggie trays from K store; I'll pick them up at 1 pm.
- ordered an ice cream bar. I will pick it up at 3 pm.
- emailed dfriends; 2 trays of fruit are coming
- Costco run: bought 80 small bottles of water and 95 cans of Izzy, chips, m and ms
Food to do next week:
- buy slider buns
- buy ice cream cups in case we run out
- make sure we have baby carrots and ranch as a back up
- buy and cut up at least 1 watermelon
- buy sodas
- dd18 will make cupcakes and maybe some brownies on Thursday
House spiffing done:
- patio has been spiffed
- flowers have been bought
- winter dog mines have been removed
- dh ordered new door mats
House spiffing to do:
- buy new patio chairs
- plant flowers
- final dog mine removal the day of
- move chickens and clean out the coop
- clean the brick porch areas
- clean the outside windows in the porch area
- one last mowing job
- clean oven?
- clean fridge
- bathroom up clean
- bathroom down s/sed
- living areas tidy
- living areas dusted
- living areas vacuumed
- play room tidy as a back up; besides, dbro. will be staying there
Set up done:
- bought decorations
- bought 2 trifolds (photos and humorous quiz)
- bought tableware
- bought disposable garbage cans and recycling containers
- ordered tables and chairs, to be delivered Thursday, June 2
Set up to do:
- make photo collage
- make humorous quiz
- videos??
- finish conversation with dfriend the balloon sculptor. . . Is that going to happen?
- pick up coolers I'm borrowing from friends
Set up Friday, June 3:
- tables and chairs w/ table cloths
- center pieces: bowls of m and Ms with fun colorful fountain doodad
- decorations
- buy ice; stock coolers with drinks
- 1 pm pick up veggie trays
- 3 pm pick up ice cream sundae bar
- 4 pm help with main food set up when delievered
- have kitchen ready; extras properly stored to restock as needed

It felt good to write it all out. I think there are some details I'm missing, but this pretty much captures the state of things right now. . . I'll post updates as I can.
