New supplies are inspiring!
Nancy, I hope your newly mixed paint inspires you!
What color - Is this the blue?
Twins', I hope your shipment of stamping supplies inspires you!
Any specific type this time? A direction you are going?
The creativity that's waiting on the weather, for me, is planning for flowering plants. Thinking a lot about height, so that they will not hide each other this summer. Planning for across the front of my house and for the back door area - maybe the front of the new little storage building this year. And for the front of dd's new house, where they are inheriting a garden bed between walkway and porch. Both our fronts slope down to the road, so I want to keep any color from disappearing from view behind something taller.
Do ya'll ever plan on paper anymore or do you just "see" that sort of thing in your heads? I used to even use graph paper, I loved the planning so much, but that was when I had a lot of beds and we had a tiller.
For now, I am cozy with fabrics while March makes up its mind. I've finished the 32 three-piece units. Next will be sewing them together with one more piece, to make 16 seven-piece units. Not all of this is assembly-line, but enough of it is, so that it's pretty calm work, not as puzzling.
