glad I have the lovely dear Lucy here. Yes my routines are out the window. you are a joy to me Lucy!

trying to get balance again and getting the dogs on more of schedule that will work for me.
finding that doing most things again before bed has been helping.
No yard work done and it shows.
no paperwork done and it shows.
laundry is ok.

trying to assemble my routine and added things.

I found that the animals need at least an hour and a half outdoors (puppy especially) before each nap.
trying to get training in during the day - spreading it out - feeding is the easy stuff
I have to get 1 hour of planting yard work in
I have to do at least a half hour of weeding in.
watering is separate.
(I have to do twice a day right now)
routine in the house has to be done
dinner has to be done but simple
walk in woods has to be daily for older dog.
self care has been on the back burner - has to go first.

by 3 -4 I am exhausted. and I think I am going to do something nice for me in that time.

eating with out abandon at night lately which means I have gained weight on this body.

dd older said I expect too much on me but with the garden looking bad bc of weeds and unfinished work and the home needs love etc. then I feel that I am not able to keep up. Maybe I can't and have to accept help.
