bw2, I've realized that we're all so much busier than we were 6 months ago. We're getting out for things that didn't do last winter, so don't be too hard on yourself about not keeping up with routines. The new puppy also has changed your routines. Gentle adjustments to get us back in balance, and keep some flexibility.

And you're coming off of your broken ankle (foot?) and are building back up to speed also.

thank you d twins!!!

Gentle adjustments to get us back in balance, and keep some flexibility. I am going to put this on my fridge.
I come from amazing hard working mom who could do everything - and everything was spotless. I have to remember to not compare with others.

You have been very busy! I am so happy you took beach time for you and your dh! I

Saturday - a man is coming to help me in garden as the weeds took over
8:00 am he wanted 7 am and I couldn't do it.

I have been gently training the pup along and keeping both dogs exercised - which means getting behind on other things.
okey dokey I have to get started.

not a weekly plan but go with the day/week plan as my health has been bad since I broke my ankle and surgery. having lots of intestinal and stomach issues, nerve ending extreme pain on upper body and muscle pain through out body.

I have learned something from this time:

don't wait on doing what you love.
don't wait to fix things and make it the way you want.
and don't wait to declutter your home. thank you God for letting me get rid of a lot before this new health adventure.

trying to pretend like I am training for a marathon.

today: send out brothers birthday card
card for cousin
thank you Karen
if I can: dead head flowers in front as dd older is home again after her trip and she can help me in my wheelchair before it gets too hot

this week:
change surgeons appointment
bone density test this Thursday
cleaning ladies Thursday September 2
September 4th 10 am both dog appointments with dd older
the 5th is dh's b day and there is a party for d great niece which I don't think I can go to bc there is no way to get upstairs for the bathroom for me. I will ask dd older to take dh - or I can drop him off and maybe d sis in law can drop him off.
7th: furnace people

Oct 1 go with dd younger to take older dog to trainer.

October 7 drive dh to eye dr.

Nov. 18 dec 2 dentist

bw2, your body has been through so much trauma with two broken ankles. I'm glad you're getting a bone density test. Keep the work up to keep your health up so you can do the things you love!

this week - if it doesn't get so hot -
dh has said he can help me roll out to the flower bed to pull the front weeds and dead head some plants

moving the cars (dh) so I can train d pup in the garage 2 times a day. she is used to the wheel chair so hopefully I can do some work with her.

today is paperwork day
work out twice for me
make dinner early
open boot and rest ankle in fresh air

things I can do - work on wallpaper in dining room - removal
dead head
water patio plants
clear emails
plan garden for next year
photo's
clean up computer

I need help from someone to plant the things that are in pots so they don't die
hire someone for next spring - brick walkway installation

I get super frustrated that I can not keep up with the dogs mess and our mess as well as the garden etc.

already s2s :D
ate breakfast :D
drove with dh to get dd's dog crate but she forgot to tell us to Bring money - it was good to get out of the house and dh and I are THRILLED not to have the crate here. :D
today my plan is to make the lasagna for the freezer and our neighbor  the Italian sausage was freezer burnt - cooking the beef today for tomorrow - I made sloppy joes today with cucumber salad
make a spinach dip for veggies
make a cucumber salad for tonight.
I still have to make the chicken soup but I don't want to be cooking all day as It gets me no where.

I was able to dead head the front little area of flowers - I can't get to the middle and I have to be okay with it.

what needs doing - dh and I pick tomatoes for the food pantry
get my placard for handicapped parking :D
clean the dog crates the best I can

I am so frustrated by my inabilities to keep things clean with the dogs bc of the wheel chair and the inability to move around

I rested for over an hour - I still need to train dogs - I still need to exercise me
sweep up floor the best that I can

I am now doing a basic monthly goal - house and repairs that should be thought of during the month - putting it in my book by month.

basic weekly plan - now that the garden is closing up then I can start here again.
