Switching exercise in the basic weekly plan here to M, W, F worked last week. I'm hoping I can get it to continue working. So far since school started several other things have been slipping through the BWP cracks! Specifically Desk Days for each household. Working on it.

I have a LOT of problems sticking to a BWP... and very few legitimate excuses. It just seems that on the rare occasion I come in all fired up to actually DO something... then dh or ds or dinlaws need something. And by the time I get home, I'm exhausted and totally out of the mood.
OR school work is out of control and I have to spend too much time on it once I get home.
* sigh *
Maybe I am just making excuses.
I want to do better; I really do.
Tomorrow is another day.

so so nice to see you dnancy, dharriet, dlucy

nancy i like how you are moving your week around to work for you!

hi lucy many many times my weekly plan goes out the window and now I know it just happens. breath in and let it happen and figure that life giving you an opportunity to try something new. paperwork always takes over best laid plans for me but I now congratulate my self for even getting one thing done. You need to do that for yourself especially after your busy day at school!

I like that Harriet! I find my exercise is going out the window all the time. I plan on doing it in the morning and then I think that time could be better spent finishing something else. I like that you are adding exercise in a workable way.

I've come to the conclusion that since I posted a tentative BWP well over a year ago and never implemented it that I'd better take another look at it..LOL Things have changed since then - now I'm not gone quite as many hours in the day, but my schedule isn't as regular, either! Of course, I do know my schedule for pretty much 2 - 4 weeks ahead, so there's NO excuse not to get something set up. I get every other weekend off, but my "extra day off" during the week varies from week to week (usually it's Monday one week and Thursday the next), and sometimes it changes completely! Then, to add fun to the festival, in 2 - 3 weeks, we'll go back to winter hours which means we won't be open Sundays or stat holidays.

Time to do some MORE thinking...like lucylee whenever I find myself REALLY motivated to get things done, life gets in the way :? I need something that can be both productive AND flexible!
