Blessed! It is so good to see you back here! I saw that Twins mentioned your post in BWP over in PWYC. * Thanks, Twins! *

I can sooo relate to so much of what you just posted.
I use cards/notebook-planner/calendar... and still sometimes forget what I'm supposed to be doing.
And of course, just because it is written down has no relationship to whether or not I will actually find the energy & motivation to DO it, whatever "it" is.

But today, I've been on track All Day Long.

I am also getting ready for Christmas - not because I am organized - I just thought "oh my Dear Goodness - Eeek! it's that time again!!!"

And oh yes... yes... eeek!
DGD has announced she wants a Barbie Dream House for her birthday. DDIL said this was totally news to her, and I wonder if they really have space to put one. Although I know if I were turning 5 years old, I would LOVE a Barbie Dream House. However, Barbie Dream Houses do not come cheap. I am going to start paying attention to ebay/etc and see if I can find one at a good price. If I bought her one new at the retail price, not on sale, it would blow my entire budget for her, and I don't want her to have only one present from us, even if it is in a great big box.
NO idea whatsoever of what to get dgs(8).
Certainly no idea whatsoever of what to get anyone else...

This week goals for me?
* daily exercise
* daily WHB
* daily zone
* daily Naturally Slim video

I have a long list of anti-procrastination tasks.

Today's priorities were getting dh appt w/orthopedist for his hip pain & doing laundry & ironing.
Tomorrow -- dh appt at balance clinic and (beforehand) pick up dgd at school so she can accompany us while her big bro goes to eye doctor
Wed -- must try to get WHB done
Thurs -- dh appt with orthopedist, catch up, pack for weekend at College Town
Fri -- leave for College Town
Sat -- ballgame, come back home
Sun -- church, rest (+ Wmart/groceries/etc)

OH -- and dgrands are trick or treating us Sunday since we will be gone on Saturday. (This is a super sore-spot with dh AND dgs. They both very much want dgs to go to College Town with us. NO ONE wants dgs to t/t except ddil... and she's the mommy. DGS told dh that to say any more "would just be wasted words." :cry:
Tomorrow is another day.

Tuesday:

trying to stay on a routine with dog training and free time activities. I fell off track on cooking and home decorating and repair.

routine I am trying to stay on for today:
s2s
-I decided to take Gracie to day care in the morning as the usual long walk in the morning is off while my body heals a bit.
The Problem is that she goes into hyper mode and I can't let that behaviour continue. I need to do some LNFD training (Stonnie Dennis - Life's not fair Drill" until she is calm - then she can go in - if not she goes home. I already spoke to the dog place - they will get paid one way or the other but I do have to nip this behaviour in the bud right away. She will get the idea.

-morning cards, zone cards and dailies
-pick up gracie or if she is home take her for a short walk
-cook dinner - also a lesson on getting off the counters (lol her not me)
-put away and other misc. work
etc etc.

tonight: after dishes and put away
work on my drawings and read

Re: Basic Weekly Plans November 20

Postby blessedw2 » Fri Nov 20, 2020 9:16 am

Finding that I need to get things done in the morning as my physical ability (and lungs) get tired by 2 and I need to sleep.
I didn't want to start the pwyc so I am here for a bit.

d puppy is really Impy in the evening bc she is not getting her exercise that she usually gets.

today is supposed to be car and purse day - which I will to tomorrow -

goal: trying to get things done in the morning and still take dog for a field run.
card file routines.
