Trash day I have been decluttering the entrances.

today is cooking day - needing to make 3 meals and make pie crust for freezer for dishes on Easter.
also make ahead coffee cake etc.

I told me dh I wasn't driving today. so that is off my chest and he didn't mean to but he was taking it for granted - so now I feel a lot better.
1. exercise
2. animal care
3. dailies
4. go to butcher for chicken for chicken noodle soup

I have been having trouble with focus lately so I will have to ask for help from my family and post here.
1. walk on tread mill
2. empty dishwasher clean kitchen
3. menu made
4. pre-making things for quiches to be cooked tomorrow.. keeping fingers crossed that I stay nice and healthy so I can put them together for tomorrow.
chicken noodle soup is cooking for tonights dinner

I worked a few min. On getting the basement in order with the stuff I pulled out of the office down stairs. Even ten min. A day is making quite a difference yea!

I pre-made all the ingredients for the quiches and now one quiche is cooking.
bought cookies as d family ate the special italian cookies lol
2nd quiche in the oven ... hopping animals don't get the first quiche... or it drops... that would not be good lol
now to finish the hors d'oeuvres while 2nd quiche is cooking
also need to empty dw and refill
went to easter. 3 quiches accomplished
