Weather? we have strange weather here - rains and storms will stretch out for 3 days ahead of us, but still the temps won't drop and will remain in high 70s, so I guess the humidity through these thunderstorms will make it a very strange time!
One thing I did to change my schedule around was to make sure I got out in the sunshine this late morning, because they tell that for the next 3 days we won't see it. Thinking I'll stock up on some rays and feel better while I'm indoors!
I hope you get to see a thyroid specialist as knowledgable as the one I saw, blessed. She threw a scare into me with that biopsy done in-office within minutes of meeting her, but then she took that forward, through the right testing, to prove it wasn't anything bad, so I could relax. All along the way, though, drs continually reassured me that the thyroid is an organ that can be successfully removed without much danger left behind, since it is a very self-contained thing. Odd to think about, but the thyroid is less connective to the rest of our bodies than other parts are. My dsecondmil had hers removed completely and has been fine ever since - I can't even see a scar. And when I went to see her the other day her house is immaculate, she's caring for her dh so well, she has her life very organized, very competent. I was happy for her.
