I got the kitchen and dining room floors mopped today after
groc. shopping, got two names checked off the list!
Two to go one more idea for the other
one I'm clueless about!
Progress none the less.
Glad I came in here it reminded me to get in the
m.bedroom and work on that this evening!
Dinner is done.

I am physically not well yet, but happy so I will move forward on the work I need to do.

first vacuum in dd20's room
then help dd14 in her room.

found out dniece wanted something else
shes so sweet so I want to get her what she wants.

taking break. I needed it. working in dd14s room helping her with laundry.
I will also wash her windows.
also pull winter gloves etc. down
really look at cloths and donate for a worthy cause.
watching hoarders makes dh and I really focus on letting go.

I need her to try on her old jeans
I also need her to try on her old dress shoes. also what will she wear for Christmas eve?
me: my cloths are together yeah.
dd20 will be home for Christmas and then go back. she will go to school locally in
January.
I guess I have to go back to work. get some water.
look up also sad lights

HI HARRIET! I think your right the cards are so much handier then paper.

already. dd14's laundry is under control. now to take all the donations for tomorrow and bag them so no "keepers" go back and say they will use them one day. dd14 is terrible at letting go.

then go wait for dd14 and read my book.

tonights goal after dd14 has pilates:
me exercise
shower
vacuum dd20's room
christmas cards.
pull cloths for tomorrows errands

trying to decide if I want to do the village. I think I will and not tell any one and suprise them.
we are not cutting down a tree this year but going to a lot.

tomorrow: pictures
book dd14 cartoons
grocery store
lights
pay visa

Wow, getting all the walls and windows done at one shot - downright proactive, blessed! Glad you are feeling better. I know how your dh feels after watching a Hoarders segment.

Yes, great to get a jumpstart on the week, Nancy. I have some "clueless" names still on my list, too. Interestingly, it's children's names this time - my late dh's great-nieces and -nephews are growing up and not as easy to buy for.

Card ideas in December have me moving back to the Healthy Habits card, which I had switched to a larger paper for a while to keep track of eating. The problem is that the paper's not as quickly accessible as the card. So I hadn't been checking off my water, that sort of thing, or seeing the day at a glance. I want that card magnet-ed right on the front of the fridge again!

Also the Trash Day card needs to move from Wednesday to Tuesday, I think. I need to see it earlier and do a better job of getting ready - there is a lot to think about with 2 households, plus both garbage and a lot of declutter-trash going all the time.

sending warm christmas thoughts to warm your soul dnancy.

today: its cold here too (-1)
but we are home and thats great. I was supposed to go to dd20's but the roads are all farm roads and the wind blowing doesn't make it a road I want to travel on (blowing winds). I remember from living in the country how the wind would make snow drifts that any child would love.

errands today:
pick up photos from photo shop
pick up present for girl (girl at ed has no parents (foster child) and deserves to be remembered).
home: basement
menu planning
exercise

wrap present that came in the mail

Way to go blessed on your progress!
It's snowing here now outside!
Got the hand wash done and rest of the laundry put away
sorted out more summer things to make room for winter stuff yesterday.

Today I made up a green salad and jello salad today
to go with soup in this cold weather it just
hits the spot!

Harriet I got an idea for the person I was clueless about on my list
so that helped!

Well, Nancy, I took dd11 with me to the store and that did the trick for me, too. She has a good idea about what girls like at various ages, at least. I was carrying one thing around and she veto-ed it! LOL! Said it looked good but was "mostly package, not enough toy", and she was right. Happily, as we walked around, I got a couple ideas for her, too.
