Morning blessed how are you?
We're having a leisurely Sat. a.m. here we sept in.
I decided I needed the extra rest after the other night having coffee
to late in the day and could not get to sleep at night.
Having some tea now.

I'm working on mom's card and letter enjoying having time for that!
With no mail on Mon. [mlk day] that will effect delivery oh well.

We've been watching a robin, some other birds, and 2 squirrels playing
on our deck this morning.

H. dumped trash and made his own breakfast & is watching guy t.v.
I've been ripping out the sweater project that did not turn out
figured I might as well salvage what yarn I could from it.
Next I'll see if I can rescue any of the granny squares for a diff. flat project! LOL!

I have one more small section of leaves that I need to rake today for some exercise.
Get a plan for meals
and I've started a small list for a store run later maybe even next week.

Nancy, this morning I saw a chipmunk. Cute, hysterical little thing! I think they live in fast-motion, hearing a different drummer from the rest of us. Getting a letter is always appreciated - it doesn't have to be at a certain moment.

blessed, that would be funny, confusing your neighbors with raking of leaves. "Good job" to the girls! Hope the homework is going well.

As I refiled my recent half-month Healthy Habit Card, I glanced back through. Noticed that Feb 1 will be my sixth anniversary of keeping Healthy Habits Cards with 14 habits to chart. I'm really proud of that. There were times I went to other forms, like sheets of paper to chart more things, and for one week I tried the computer which didn't work well, but I never kept keeping the info daily. The cards are the easiest. The only change from 5 years ago on the card is that I went to the graph-type 4x6 instead of the lined 4x6. I feel that my health is better because I have monitored on the cards.
