we had a nice time last night but turned out it was confirmation night at church so we didn't stay for the whole mass. It was a very small group getting their confirmation, surprising for me.

today before the rain do weeding... 10 min in each section so I can catch up on the whole area.
then front hall. I have been off the weekly focus for a while and my house looks like it.
also looking for donations.
go through my books and stuff. and toss what I don't need. :D

call dd14's doctor :D waiting for call back
call company :D
put things for this week on the calendar
call piano lesson teacher

10:00 breakfast done, dogs fed (they are sleeping away)
upset with two of my family but it will pass. I may be feeling a little sensitive. so relaxing a bit and see if I am seeing this in a different way then presented. went for a walk and feeling much better. I was being sensitive so walking was good.
more paper work tossed
tonight potato leek soup, french bread, cheeses, salad w/balasmic vinegrette
now to make dinner

It was good to see the park was not as nice as our back yard at home!
My old fashioned roses are in their full glory now lovely!
It was nice to come home and enjoy them last night after our adventure in the woods and
then fishing w/ hubby.

Today picking up stuff that is sitting around here in the kitchen.
Then round up laundry is up next.

Took a time out to draw them in my sketch journal last night while the weather was so
nice outside so glad I did b/c today it's raining! Have a book I'm rereading for inspiration this week
titled Living a beautiful life by Alexandra Stoddard. Getting mojo to simplify toss and
declutter some stuff yea! Look out kitchen here I come...
Fix it card done
hubby fixed my fav. folding lawn chair and the other one had a broken strap and
I'm working on replacing it now.

You guys know, of course ;) that I will agree with any idea of posting creativity - Nancy's weaving and crocheting, blessed's kitchen curtains or any little photo that shows what's being created in our homes.

Smart weeding plan, blessed. I have been concentrating more on 15s around the house.

Do you have pink or red roses, Nancy?

I am trying to keep up enthusiasm for my healthy habits card again. And the mending card, too, which needs some priorities decided and a new card made up.

Trash Day today seems successful. Nagging feeling I'm forgetting something.

Yes to all of those colors Harriet;
Yellow and pink ones are blooming now; red ones from root stock
that bloom only once a year are just now in bud.

The hybrid tea roses are not really budding yet I have peace, pink peace, white, pink
and some other colors of those I lost a few have not replaced them I'm not sure
what color they were. I may need to get out and mow today as the next five had
rain in the forecast. Last night the sun came out in the evening.

Making progress on my kitchen journal and found my food list from the diab. planner
so was tickled about that. Found a home for the other cook books too yea.
Library will take what we don't want also. Plus got on the list of the new Debbie
Macomber book that's out. Yea for progress!

I have more progress to report after some puttering here this morning.
And some cards are now finished or have progress made on them.

Sort office book shelf x
Load books to be donated/given away in the car trunk x
Load dishes x
Round up laundry x
Send E-mail x
Reading x
journal x
work on kitchen notebook x
purged planner x
I dust 1 shelf x
make out Schwan's list x

I was thinking about mowing but it really does not need it.
