Harriet - I have ongoing sticker card/charts I use each night to record reaching goals of "doing" if I meet the criterion. I have a large collection of stickers I rotate thru each day. Try to enjoy the increasing number and colour/variety of stickers, be reminded of the cards
passed over each day. After they are full both sides - 175 or more I decide if I still need the reminder card and make a new one. Part of my bbr. Slowly slowly.

water measured - routinely measure 3L - drinking 2.5 + lately seems good for me. No card for that but its on my summary checklist page for the month. Less unballanced in the mornings.
