Wow, blessed, I can't decide whether you or Nancy have the more varied exercise life lately! I believe you tie. I am still exclusively with the videos, although I am enjoying dd's hula hooping and sometimes try it! (She is about 20 times better than me!)

Happy birthday to blessed's dd16! How does time fly like this.

As I look over my cards and plans, I see that it is my decluttering ones that are falling a little behind, so I will put extra time into that in the coming week. I have extra hotspot ones for August, but I want to keep up with regular 15s too.

5x5s on index cards have been a big help lately.

I have gone back to using cards for grocery list, too. My mother never used anything else, but I sometimes go with those long pads that may be loose or magnet-ed onto fridges. The cards just work better, though - they have enough thickness that they don't get lost, and I find them immediately among other pocketbook papers like receipts, etc. Also one will go into my 5x7 take-along cards if I need it to.

Next week some of the stuff on the list get furniture out of kit. & dining room. To get ready for flooring install. Then work on the rooms w/ carpet in them and offices. Ack! This is a busy time. Cleaning at Dd's tomorrow and granny duty will help to keep my mind off this for a bit any way.

I have to mention dd16 and I have been taking cooking classes... and it's been a ball.
things that I thought were so difficult are easier when you see someone do it.

last night we made pears poached in red wine and spices.. then made a creme anglais and reduced the wine. I thought it would be hard... when I realized that creme anglais is only ice cream base in reality. it was delicous.

It's been on my list to accomplish and dd and I have 6 more weeks (if they can get enough people)

so: get this woman's act in gear!!!

postives: took test for english to see if I could take college english 101 (I didn't go to college after high school) I made it and could get into a higher english! 97 out of 100 on test!!! yeah! me of all people.
so I will have 12 hours this semester. tempted to be full time but I have a family.

so: yesterday I only walked a mile and a half.

its 8:00 so I will push my self outside first thing to walk. I feel like since I binged while we were away I feel slower and puffier even if the scale says differently. I feel like i slowed down.

walked 2 miles, biked 3 miles. I took wild dog to park but only threw the ball in the field.
other ddog will be walked later.
