Looking at the basement with new eyes today. In my journal today I made a list of things I could do down stairs.

Paint the steps again after painting will have to be another day but we do have the paint!
Some minor zone work cards did some of those today.
I set up a toy zone in the rec. room.
H. has the shredding done tool room can be organized a bit more.
Spiffed up the basement organize craft zone area.

Take stuff out side to sort & de-cluttered.
Clear off the washer we do not use [as dson left his here and it's the one that's hooked up.]

We have a showing today I've been working on the basement this past week and it looks good now. I've got the kitchen done vacuuming as well. I still need to mop however. Picked up and the upstairs is getting in to shape. Yesterday the focus was on the yard. This is more of a challenge this time of year with the added challenge of the yard work weeding added to it. My knuckles on both hands are sore today from some thing I did yesterday ~ sigh~ okay I need to get back at it. I tried to get as much done as I could yesterday so I did not have to work on Sun. and could make it to church.

Update the showing; it was cancelled after we already left the house for it and went to church.
Glad I did not change my church plans for it!

More weeding to be done as we are going to have great weather this week and tomorrow is the warmest day so will be trying to enjoy that while we have it! Irises are blooming and the first roses are out as well.

Healthy Habits card is looking good with lots of little checkmarks!

There is a birthday this month for grandchild but I don't know when a party might be, so it's hard to plan. I have the card. I could go ahead and buy paper goods well in advance again - that worked out well.

I had the presence of mind to change one of my ddad's appts in advance when I realized HRH's schedule had changed and he couldn't help me that day.

Pet flea products will be due soon. So glad I keep card for that. We do let them go longer than the packaging suggests because we think it's a little healthier for them, but only about half-again as long.

Be kinder than necessary. Everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. - unknown
