The deck is my focus today as it's not raining!
Got my Rx refill call made & they are done now ready to be picked up X
I cleaned the maid bath room fixtures. x
Vacuumed the bedrooms. x

again le house is worse disaster (can that be possible - YES !!!!!!!)
I made dinner last night and left it!
oh my - and I wasn't in the house all day. lived in the house and used it badly and didn't clean

okay its 9:40 and I am finally ready to work. (HI D NANCY)
dd older just left for a day with friends. dh is going to the laundry mat as our dryer broke.

1. kitchen (going to take pictures and then time how long it will take.. if I don't come back it means my kitchen swallowed me up) trying to look cool so the my kitchen doesn't know how afraid I am to go into it.

11:03 dishes washing themselves, some put away
12:41 still in the kitchen wow, dh and I had lunch and a nice chat: 1:12 pm
2:19 kitchen is finally done for today. I forgot all the little cards I need to get back into.

next dining room put away and vacuum the floor and rinse - I am so bored doing house work. I realize now that the reason the house has been upside down is that I haven't been home and not doing any cards.

Blessed I did that this week while ill did dishes mostly in the mornings dish washer done & laundry going now.
Went to bed early last night!

June 30 tonight a concert

my kitchen I cleaned the other day... growl looks like the dogs lived 3 years in the kitchen

goal today: exercise
I had bought food yesterday for tonights concert in the park but family was hungry and there went the fixings.
I have to use up the strawberries and blueberries today.

slept to 8:30 bc of headache all night.
Heard from dd younger.. she showed me some beautiful pictures.
wondering if diabetic swings are causing my problems... I ate a couple of cookies, ok 5 italian cookies with chocolate, last night and today I have had the feeling my sugars are off. I have never had to test my blood before but thinking it might be a good idea now as I am having other symptoms.
Ever since I gave up my mocha coffee 4 weeks ago it's like I hit the diabetes train hard. before nothing. weird.

went to store and got things for today. ridiculous - my grocery bill was 76.00 and I am buying for me only, my target bill was 146.00 for misc. needs and a rolling cooler which was expensive in my mind. wow.

first thing first.. dye my hair after putting away groceries.
then make feta cream cheese and tomato salad bruschetta type thing.
I froze the prebought brownies (which I can't have), and I will wash the cherries and bring that for me. I also have shortbread cookies not homemade

Time to review thinking I did not do to bad this mo. considering I was ill for the last two weeks!
