We got two more batches of cookie dough made up and finished filling up two more containers and they are in the freezer glad to have progress on that!

Dump Trash x / trash day card is up.
Today I saw black berries are ripe so the go berry picking card is up. Maybe h. will go with me if not I'll head out myself but probably not until the weekend.

July 11 tomorrow is dd olders birthday

have to make reservations
looked up parking garages for her as it her work is not near any train stations.

I had a wonderful time yesterday going downtown. lots of fun
okay I need to break things down into workable areas.
I also have to be thankful for the little things I do rather than put down what I don't do and getting overwhelmed and don't do anything.

swept the kitchen and dining room and vacuumed, cleaned kitty litter, cleaned counters, turned on dw, cleaned the sink, had the rug cleaners here, vacuumed front hall listened to dh while he ate lunch and chatted 1:03 pm

made two fix it cards both having to do with fixing the screens. now waiting for the ac person to come as ours broke
next: hang french flag for bastille day

and work in dd olders room I emptied her college stuff and put it on shelves. even though she could do it on the weekend I thought I would surprise her by changing her sheets and finding room for her college stuff. It looks airier

hard to believe it's 12:15 already.

to dd older, dh for a drive to the country side. very nice.

goal: put away.. I am finding my clutter from not putting away the laundry and things I use is make my house look messy and uncomfortable.
need to exercise. we haven't any ac - hopefully we will have it again before the big heat wave and humidity on wednesday

struggling to move forward. waiting for a load of laundry to be done to be switched so that I can go up stairs
I think the job of putting away laundry looks so big that I am being a self defeatist before I even start. Thats what happens when I don't put the laundry away after a load is done.

believe it or not I am starting to think about holiday gifts that need to be worked on... what is wrong with me lol.

Christmas in July: got a pop corn tin today for 25 cents at a yd. sale so I'm excited about this. Plus I got 4 more cake mixes & butter to have ahead for making up some dough.

Feed the Freezer: progress made I have some rolls in on the shelf next to the turkey. A few meals ahead this time of year will help in not having to heat up the kitchen.

School Supplies: Today's idea came from the bank some folks have a special school account to set aside $ for.
I got pens and comp. note books the selection is best for these now and jeans & undies even though I'm not in school it's easier to get these when they have a better selection of sizes.

Feed the Freezer card;
I have some pie plates for some thing like six all new and I'm trying to think of a casserole club or some thing fun to do with them. The neighbor gave me these still in the box. I need to use them or donate them. Could not find them when the church had the yd. sale.

I have put rolls and cookies in the freezer. Still need to separate the sausage cheese dogs to freeze half of those.

I have lots of laundry put away still. lots!!!!
I feel well rested considering I didn't fall asleep until 3 am. lol

dh loves this kind of weather - me not so much
