Sept. Cards 2013

Good morning.
Mom is out of town for a couple days and dh was cheerful yesterday and more positive
dd gets out of school early and doesn't have any activities after school.

dh offered to go out for lunch but I have some things I really want to do just for me.
ran a couple errands - target, honey baked ham, got something for me at a local store, got a gift for someone else.
next (3:20 pm) put dinner together (4:16pm potato casserole is in the oven for 45 minutes), in a 1/2 hour peel the veggies for autumn roasted veggies.
I dont' want to work - but will go back to the kitchen

woke at 4 then went back to sleep until 11 my goodness

I had a great birthday and my family spoiled me rotten.
my house... well one day of not cleaning made it look like I hadn't cleaned at all. dh took the laundry and threw it on the dining room table, the kids put away the food from the dining room table last night but left the dishes on the dining room table... but I am alive and have been tremdously blessed so I am ready to catch up again with a cheerful heart.

dr. appointment is soon.. happy to find out why I sleep so much slept again.. my inner ear is making me dizzy again. so up again at 3:00 geesh. slept all day go figure. so only dishes are washing themselves, counter clean.

now looking for damage control work... so taking the two loads of laundry dh put on the table and chairs and washing them.

I was going to make lasagna for everyone but 1/2 the group is out for dinner. so left overs it is.
I vacuumed, swiffered and rinsed most of the first floor (not family room yet) - I missed yesterday and it really showed.
I am going to work on my card file
I put the dishes that are clean away. sink looks nice too.

I have done 2 loads of laundry,
Bed has been made,
I have had my lunch.
I did some reading and glad to say I have moved an iris
start in my iris bed.
it is time to feed the hens their lunch.
I need to do some exercise.

September 19 Thursday.

dd younger and I had a very good meeting at school; you can tell they really care for her and other students
dh got locked into the food pantry while dropping off veggies from the garden
home ready to make lasagna for tonight and a salad
dd younger cancelled piano because of all the school work she has. she stayed up until 2 in the morning yesterday.

so ready to work and I think I will join pwyc today to keep focused.

today is heavy cleaning day for me and the focus is the bedrooms and dailies that if not done make my home look disgusting (I know it's the animals) I honestly don't know how people who have lots of animals keep up. I don't know what I would do without dh cleaning up the yard daily. I am finding I have to vacuum and wash the floors daily as the hair is overwhelming and dogs and cats and family (including me ) are messy.

H. messed with the meal plan last night I was not happy about the sigh.

Took a bit of a walk to see the full moon harvest moon was lovely here.
