Trying to keep me accountable and this is probably the best way to do it.

X 10 things in gd's room
X 10 things in the entry, living room, dining room
X 35 minutes in the kitchen
X 10 minutes -fold clothes from DS-A's family
X launder gd's comforter/sham & dry
10 things in the office
10 things in our bedroom
Did get several other things done today as well. I know that once I 'start', I tend to keep going. Hmmmm. as the ad says, "A body in motion tends to stay in motion. A body at rest, tends to stay at rest." Also have to keep moving to get at least 7,000 steps a day in -at least for now. I know 10,000 is a better goal, but I'm usually not up to that right now. Battling with these knees is not fun. But I really hate to think of giving in -at least until I take some of this weight off and find out if that makes a difference. I do know that each pound (or is it 10lbs?) makes for 4# of pressure on the knees.
