Nancy that's cool, congrats. You could tell about your new vacuum in the Cleaning thread. Goodness knows, I'm never satisfied I'm using mine well enough.

Agreeing with blessed it is pleasant to cardfile with all who pop in here!

My resolution is to give myself more credit and notice when I am keeping up, and be proud of ME.

And so I am hoping to use
STICKERS more this year and give myself a little sticker on cards when I accomplish some things. I have collected the small images from old freebie address labels we don't need any more. Cut them into strips in a baggie, and tossed what wasn't needed. Little birds, flowers, sunshines, etc. are probably 1/4 to 1/3 inch. I think it will give me some incentive to get things finished so I get a sticker, or keep up a line of stickers over some series of days, etc. Not nice/big enough for envelope seals, but fun for this.

Of course stickers don't have to be just for cardfile, although I've always found small ones good to work on cards. Could work on a planner binder or calendar.

Hope everyone has a productive 2015.

So so true D Harriet It HAS been such a pleasure to work with you and all who come here!!! We are very lucky.

D Nancy.. you have lucky chickens! They get such great care. If I was a chicken I would want to live at your house :D

I like the ideas of stickers.. I watched a video of an organizer and she puts stickers on things as she is done (on her calendar) - I think we all like a reward/carrot for a job done.

today:
finish put away from Christmas - one tree left :D - put Christmas card file on shelf for October and set up a box in my closet of the misc. I pick up through out the year.. One- one gallon zip lock bag for each person's stocking
hair appointment :D
drop off food at uncles :D
work 1/2 an hour on summer project for d mom

I have to do a bunch of dailies in the kitchen..

the next right thing
1. go through refrigerator card - toss, freeze, etc (not done yet) . and make a plate for uncle and drop off :D
2. Christmas tree in family room down, mostly vacuumed... I need to vacuum in the am when I can see the floor better. :D
