Anything I want to keep track of goes in the journal, plans goals dreams, nite dreams, ideas gratitude list, 6 most important things to do today , ideas, egg count, temperature out side hi & lo,, blood sugar reading #, meals menu ideas, in the back for easy & quick referencegies bwp list, needs wants, recipes, the list goes on it's mostly just a brain dump so I could not have that hanging around my head to try to remember later.

trash dumped
lunch is eaten
Got out hoses watering back yard now.
I have a plan for dinner frozen pizza.
in better spirits now.
I have swept the driveway and entrances put away toys it looks better now.
Moved the swing set a bit. Yea for progress!
