Thinking after dr appt today - I tend to forget items and small chores regarding personal morning and evening routines. I think in A.M. I am in such a rush and thinking about a lot of responsibility. In P.M., tired!
Anyway, more attention to these cards is needed. A re-do.
She also talked to me about all-or-nothing thinking. For instance, if I forget a morning item, any time through the morning until noon that I happen to remember - go ahead and go back to do it. Don't just give up and say I didn't get it done today.
