Hi Blessed and Nancy - So nice to see you posting again Nancy. Glad you're feeling better.
I have never posted here before, but wanted to respond to hot water heater question. We got one last January from Sears, cost $810 and that included installation. It is a 50 gallon energy efficient, works like a charm. And they took the old one away. And we got a rebate from our local Gas and Electric for replacing old heater with energy effiecient one. So Blessed, I would suggest you check around for a better deal, sounds high to me. Maybe check with your gas/electric for rebates or recommendations.
