My cards are about outdoor things a lot more this month. Watering can be a card reminder that helps, and also there's more to do for evening routine this time of year, and that works well on a card.

Celebrations - Mother's Day planning by me was good in that I did something for the little grandkid's 2 mothers (and me) that made me happy. Each got a mug with my favorite photo of their 6 children together. However, my own mother-in-law got no present at all, because HRH had made up a plan with her that he was buying her a Mother's Day lunch, and she privately changed her mind, arrived before 10:00 right after having her breakfast, and didn't stay for lunch with us at all. Oh well. Can't fix that!

A birthday present got into the mail in time, not costing much postage. That was a success.
