Really not ready to think of fall but I know it's around the corner.

Nancy I like your idea of keeping logs for certain things you're focusing on.

My card with names of all the spaces/piles/boxes awaiting my declutter time is working very well for me. I can see at a glance right where I am on that.

Time blocking - I want to work on that. I had been neglecting use of my timer and going back to find it and carry it, use it, has been helpful. Not that I am trying to rush to the very next thing just because the timer sounds. But I'm admitting that it wouldn't be hard to put in 15 mins here, 10 minutes there and see progress.

Thanks Harriet!
I got my book The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Carroll.
Got some notes then 2 days later got ill so progress pretty much come to a stand still.
So the biggest difference I think is more review like several times daily instead of weekly review from what I was doing before.
But I do count my prayer walk, water the flower beds, and my morning pages as reflection.
Goal setting is not till three quarters into the book.

I am using a larger size soft bound dot grid Exceed notebook, cream pages. I am not going to get cream pages after this bc white out will show.
[ I miss numbered some.] This binding is already breaking I have not even been using this one for two weeks. I will definately NOT be buyi g any more of these.

Got a Pen Gear brand hard bound note book to try next, and a supple feeling TN set at Walmart. Could not find a Happy Planner Faith edition they are hard to find, also more spendy and not in the layout I like, so I will be tweaking that to go in the TN I think. I seem to be moving away from disc bound notebooks the pages are not all that durable for as much as I was moving them around.

I put the stuff under the line to go in my daily morning pages as writing prompts.
For time blocking I used daily planner sheets with hours on them for a week.
Having a done list is helping bc I do not feel so overwhelmed.

I am reading two books. Glad for progress on them.
The other one is of spiritual nature.
Interisting how some days both books cover the same subject!

I have been ill for about ten days low grade fever sinus issues. Now I am feeling human again, but a bit drained.
Time to recharge my batteries focus on selfcare and not over doing. I have found the joy of soup, doing 3 short less than ten min. tasks, and
a done list for other things I do get accomplished. Refilling my tank and keeping energy levels from being drained are a prioity.
I was glad I could read a bit each day and kept a gratitude log most days. I was able to sleep more last night that help ed a lot. Being up with a stuffy head in the night and napping in the afternoon had my sleep messed up. Some meals just did not interest me and I skipped.

School starts in 10 days here. Wed. 28th. For reference.
I have found the banana bread recipe on the flour sack to be the best tasting as a base for other fruit quick breads.
Dill cheese bread is a favorite here.
I have been using half whole wheat flour.
Next will be yeast breads for sandwiches.

Then considering ground beef made ahead in the crock pot similar to flylady does.
I usually do some turkey sausage, but press it in patty shapes.
