Ha! My first impulse was to say --
Top Three Wins? None.
What did you learn? Nothing.

BUT... I did well in September with exercise (walk away the pounds) consistency.
I guess I learned that it IS possible to establish a new habit.

Goals for October?
* to continue exercise consistency
* to build a habit of AT LEAST 15 minutes daily "on-task" -- focusing on daily/weekly card items, but I will be happy with any consistent productivity
... I can't even think of where else I should focus my attention... maybe --
* less screen time/more paper-reading time (books, etc)

Thanks for this push towards goal-setting, Nancy. I'm going to write this down now.

I am going to post here today bc I lack focus (completely). I get sidetracked and want to read everyones posts.

I know what I am supposed to do: bills/paperwork
I have house work but I know the bills and paperwork will give me peace once I know it's done.

Trying to beat burn out this month has sort of been successful, at least I am making progress in the right direction.
I have one more day left in my lg. Bujo it is the same size as classic happy planner soft bound white pages found it on
clearance at Joann's.
Doing 8 D's has helped, next I need to focus on weekly home blessing type chores.

I had to create a food med. bs log in separate planner for dr. Apts. Etc. Plus I ran out of room even on two page spread so I
Put it in it's own book. I used to get pages for a ring bound planner from the am. Diabetic assoc. But could not find them this yr.
So I had to think and tweak it till I got it how, I wanted and needed. This is helping and I am feeling better.
Trying to get back on track yea for success!
