Hi blessed w2 so good to see you here today!

I was having trouble getting on the net this a.m.
so went for my walk.
Grands are here now checking to see if the p/c is working
before they get on to do home work.

Wanted to encourage you, blessed, about the new way of eating. Sounds good. Sometimes it's worth it to pay more for convenience when our own time and mental energy really should be going elsewhere. This way some smart decisions will already be made and you can focus on other goals.

Oh, Nancy, without my dailies this crew would fall apart! ;) It helps that they are ingrained for me. I can do them even when my thinking is fuzzy!

An important card today was Trash Day. Trash to the cans before the trash men for both my household and my parents' today.

trying to be on routine is harder then it used to be I think ;)

but I did my menu planning for family as I am still on seattle sutton. thank you for the encouragement as it is well needed.
I like to cook and I like to eat 8-) , but I am finding myself cooking more for family. I went off of it for the 2 days: birthday dinner and lunch out with dfriends and chocolate from df's. then felt awful afterward so my body must be getting used to eating normally.
I also planned out my week and will give it to the family

now for regular dailies fell asleep :?

making my wish list of dailies.. I say wish list as I am still so tired. I do feel a little healthier sticking to the seattle sutton. I do think I make better food then this but I can not stop myself eating when I feed myself.

I will push myself out the door to go to the ymca instead of working at the house. trying to make this my routine. I have guilt because I should be walking the dog. But I have to do a me first type of thing. :D
then dd20 and I took dogs to dog park :D

daily wish list:
have to: call dentist for cleanings, tae kwon do dd13, homework in evening.
go to polish shop to get dh and dkids dinner.

dishes empty dw dd20
fill dw
wash dishes
sweep kitchen floor dd20
wash counters after put away dd13
wash stove top dd13
dinner 5:30 at table
laundry whites
my bathroom as it is monday
powder room
make beds all of us
bring down laundry
put away our own stuff
find garbage
find donation items
mom brought over more stuff so I need to let go of something else.
walk dogs night time
dd13 brush dogs
check on her animals
focus room one thing
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Hard hit with acid reflux (now diagnosed) and trip to dr yesterday - everything went kafluey. You can't think when you are in pain, especially if you are trying to do something for the pain all the time. Much that would normally be a priority has to become secondary or even forgotten.

Today struggling to get back on top of wayward card file :D , but it is working. With basics first, progress can be seen.

It is small wonder that 'acid reflux' is rearing its (ugly) head with all you've had on your plate lately.
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!
