(((((Lucy))))) Good to see you again, I understand you have trouble getting here on weekdays.
Is there any job sharing opportunities over there? Probably just thinking that one day you'll retire is enough preparation for now. If you survive class after class all day, and all the staff room and buracratic "UMMMMPHHHH" then The Girl who may be ds's chosen one will be a breeze. lol.

My thinking is still not the best, but not as bag as last w/e. Good appointment on friday.

this morning I finally boxed meds. Missed some days of all meds and supplements, omega3s etc. I need get that back on track.
lol - pets- is on.
time for bfst.

dishes and Kcleanup is essential today. Will need to push all these buttons I think.
GL fellow fresh starters.

Lyn -- nah, we're waaay too traditional -- stuck in our ways -- to have job sharing opportunities, etc.
But I would be too scared of change to try that, too.
I hope you're right though, that The Girl will be easy to deal with compared to all the Stuff @ work. * sigh *

As the time for The Visit draws nearer, and since I have learned The Visit will cover two nights, rather than one, I am becoming increasingly panicky.
BUT... I am trying to count down to day visit is OVER. 15 days and everyone will be safely & tidily back in their own little hometowns until probably the first of JUNE, at least.
Of course, soon after that point, MY hometown will become HER hometown, too... and Life As We Know It will be forever changed.
And I hope that will be a good thing, you know?
I mean, I cried when my aunt got married... (I was 5)... but that was a good thing.
And I was terrified of having a baby before ds was born... but that was a good thing.
So where will this lead? I don't know... but maybe it will be a good thing.

I need to be pushing that button to exercise... but I feel queasy.
Tomorrow is another day.

Hello! It's the last day of February, & I have been missing in action from this thread. I think I didn't want to admit that I have not been keeping up very well with my fresh start goals, & that's embarassing. I hate when my good intentions fizzle out. Have done some more computer decluttering since my last post, but not regularly.

Don't like how I feel about not following through; have to keep reminding myself that I'm further along than when I started, & every little bit helps. I'll keep plugging along with it. And I'm going to make a 3x5 card for this since I need the reminder. With new information coming in all the time I definitely want to maintain the progress I've already made & keep chipping away at the rest.

Pats on the back to all who participated here this month. :)

Hi Dove. Hoping the cards are good reminder for you.

I'm disappointed with me too..... But on the up side I'm at least having another go. belated. And now its March here.

Sometimes its about choosing the greatest priority. For me thats .... difficult with my biggest ..... for many years.
Not sure about my support people. Some have vanished
Pdoc wants to try potentially lethal stuff so I'm thinking my answer is no.

I think I need restart my special food regime as its the thing that has worked best in recent times, And the proof is the last 20 yrs. And a glimmer of hope dec/jan. after I restarted in oct/nov, and lost it in feb.

Not sure where to take it as support is limited when its not what "people" do.
I still need give up honey again. Still having lashings of it. I need to lose the taste for it.

I am trying to do some dishes daily. Beat ups not allowed. I could specialise on that. It gets ugly. So especially need not go there.

But it helps with food prep if theres space etc available. So trying to get a variety done.

I don't think I'll start another thread. It wasn't as helpful as I hoped.
Sry I disappeared on you both Dove and Mo.
Just begin.
