❦ Good morning! It's the first day of the month. I decided to change of the colors for July. I've got a new plan going on. Working short 15's through all the areas. I'm still working on discipline to stay on track, which is key to my success. My goal is to stay disciplined in the morning, so I can be spontaneous and have some fun in the afternoon.
Early AM before 15's:
-- water/coffee
-- face/teeth/d2walk
-- morning pages/bible reading
-- look over today's schedule
-- walk
-- breakfast vitamins
