I have 5 chores left on the board so will endeavor to clear those. I might be taking the afternoon to go for a long drive with ds to look at a house. I haven't heard yet (he's on nights so is asleep still.)

Cheese cake made, baked and on the counter cooling. It looks really good. Told Sweetie if he’s a really good boy, I’ll cut him a piece before I go to my gathering so he can test it for me

Eating lunch and deciding if I want to head to my closet... it’s hot in there or just start purging my cook books.

Realized I’m gonna need more boxes. Hopefully I have some in the garage. If not may have to buy some. Some stuff can go into milk crates and GW can empty them and give the crates back to me, but I’ll need to donate some boxes if I have China and stuff like that in them.

Next up... finish lunch and then start again.

Two loads of laundry washed, dried and put away
Kitchen is clean, did it as I worked.

Looks like Friday tomorrow is going to be a better household chore day for me. I was super tired after taking care of the children for 6.5 - 7 hours. That just doesn't seem like a lot, in a way, since some of that time they are totally entertaining themselves, but I do think I am "on alert" throughout the time. Anyway, I totally fell into a nap afterward.

Today, also, has been the rainiest of rainy days, dark and thundery. I think that induces sleep, or at least inactivity.

Hoping I can come back in here in the morning with a look-out-house attitude.

I am worn out...removed 30+ books to the garage. 20 at least we’re cookbooks I’ve collected over the years. Kept 5 special ones and out went the rest. I had three notebook types that had recipes starting from 40 years ago. One had all my entertaining stuff like how to fold napkins 15 different ways and how to calculate how much wine beer or liquor was needed according to the number of people were attending.

I saved only the special recipes... some were from my mom or other special people. Many were sea food or Cajuin which I just can’t google. Spent 1.5 hrs going though them and tossed many food magazines too. Also empty the entertainment cabinet and the night stand drawer where I had books.

Cheese cake is finished and tomorrow I will make fresh blueberry sauce to go with.

Dinner is leftovers. Just need to zap the corn on the cob and re heat the chicken. Good thing cause I’m bushed.

I'm hoping to have a "fab" (PWYC word of the day) finish to my Chore Bingo week.

11 !

11 for me is some delicate laundry I've been dreading. Not really difficult, just careful. It's been OMMind and it's sort of in the way of moving on to one empty basket.

Ramblin', good job on knowing what recipes to hang on to in hard copy. That's often a tough one.

14!

14 for me is an office hotspot. Ugh.
