rechecking my routine again.

AM, PM. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and cleaning routines become habit and make life flow smoothly.

rechecking my routine again.

Postby blessedw2 » Tue Mar 27, 2018 12:21 pm

I have to change my routines every so often to fit with my current life - updating

- in the beginning I had way too many things on my l**t that I would put myself down because I couldn't get to everything but not so much (still every so often).

This works for me right now.

My morning routine:

throw a load in the washing machine while teapot is heating up
empty the dw while my toast is toasting
breakfast
open journal - pull cards - watch video by kat/diane
clean up dishes - fill dishwasher, wipe counters, make sure sink is clean
s2s
make bed
my meds
1 " of paperwork
swipe with swiffer duster toilets (wet with bleach water spray) takes 5 - 10 minutes tops

animal routine
let animals out in morning
feed am then later in day pm y
play dogs and cats/walk dogs
brush 5 minutes
animal meds
dog (twice a day) and cat p**p

fitness: I want to get to this but I put everything in front of this :?

dinner routine:
prep
cook
clean as you go
family clean up afterward

evening: check calendar
put things I need at front door
put purse keys in front

they suggest a 3 time a day clutter check but I forget
I look back in my car when I am leaving and grab things that need tossing or put away
I am getting better about folding up throws and putting away in family room before going to bed.

finding if I don't do any routines that my thinking gets frustrated and confused (I start spinning wheels).
I did my morning routines even when i didn't want to (Thursday and Friday fought me all the way).
