HAWAIIAN CHICKEN

2 lbs. chicken tenders
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce

Spray the crock pot with nonstick spray.
Put in the chicken tenders.
Mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce together, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over rice, with a lettuce salad.

Notes: Mine cooked for 8 hours and was falling-apart tender. I thought the sauce would be thicker when cooked, but instead there was a lot of liquid in the crock. I assume most of the liquid cooked out of the chicken tenders, so reducing the amount of pineapple juice would dilute the flavor too much. I'll probably try this again with whole chicken breasts instead of tenders.
