Blackberry Banana Smoothie
1 cup frozen pieces of banana
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Place into a blender & mix together. Makes 2 servings.
**Be careful about stains from the blackberry juice -- I rinsed my sink right away after cleaning the blender.
You could use fresh or frozen fruit in this; it's what I happened to have on hand & the frozen bananas eliminated the need for ice cubes. Yogurt I used was low fat.
This turned out very thick like a milkshake; you could add more skim milk if you don't like it that thick.
