february 27 wow ... I have been out of the house for a couple of days... just sleeping here it seems. i have to get back to the basic week plan -
being busy: I didn't cook and I over ate just stuff. So my weight went up I think. So back to cooking healthy and meal plan. When i go off my cards, weekly plan and my meal plan everything seems to get a little off balance to way of balance.
