Not found yet. Twin's was just hoping.
It won't take winter, it is already getting too cold at night for the snake.
Snakes don't respond to the feels-like temp so it is already dodgy for Murphy out there on his own at night. The fear is he'll lie on the road to get the heat from that at night. Or coil up on a car's engine block.
"Lovely" hot weather at the moment, this week.
Saw two refugee families on Sunday and apologized for the heat this summer (they are both from Saudi Arabia.) Both said "It is not too hot. It is too humid." They are used to dry heat and the humidity is wearing them down since they don't have a/c. Last night at 10 p.m. it was 75 with a feels-like temp of 89, this morning it was 78 with a feels like of 92 and that's without any sunshine.
Normally we have 2 - 5 days where it doesn't get cool enough to sleep comfortably at night. Last week we had 3 days when the window could be opened for the first time in weeks. It is closed up again. Last night I slept in the spare room since dh and I disagree on the amount of a/c to be used and he hates a fan on so I can't even have the room warmer but with a fan on me. I slept very well.
