Decided to try a 3x5 card of a "box countdown" or "pile countdown" for decluttering for a while. Something different to change things up. Having the spots I want to declutter already written on the card, and checking them off.

i found that a brightly colored post it note can be stuck to the back side of a cardfile divider so that it's other end sticks up a little higher than the cards, to be seen easily. There might be lots of ways this could help but right now it helps me keep just the cards I'm currently using together. I know they stop at the bright color and the ones I'm not using right now are behind it.

Nancy, I'm so glad you are getting a chance to play and paint. I'm trying to get ahead so I can give myself some rewards of creative time.

OMM & Checking in July paint project - shed clear out Kon Marie style for more stable flooring,
h. Decided I can paint in there. H thinks it needs painted inside.
Not on my list... but if it will get him to declutter unused farm stuff it is worth it. Quite a job & has taken up my free time.

I got lumber to reclam for future projects from neighbors scrap pile, got 2 - 3 cups of nails pulled out.
Phew more work than I anticapated.

Shed is cleared out for the most part so we can do a section at a time. Install a back door like I have dreamed of.
I moved h tool shelf to the front of the carport for easier access to the autos. Hand trucked it to the front!
My paint shelf is moved into the back where there is more shade an a bit cooler not much. Its not so much fun to paint in this small
window - less barn shaped
10' x 14 ' shed. Got most of the small projects out so I can paint the inside of the buliding.
Found paint in the house so not really any good excuses not to do this.
Except it is in 5 gal. Bucket, on has been partially used so I might be able to lift it. I was going to paint tha basement next. Sigh. I do have one in a 1 gal. Can for base it will work with odds and ends. Sigh muggy and 75* when I got up bc I had a low in the nite and sleot on through my Rx alarm. I slept till nearly 9:00 I never do that. [Seriously considering taking a rest day today.]

I can do this.

Painting some terra cotta pots happened inside today because it was too windy I had to move it in on the counters I cleaned last night. They dried fast when I put them out on the deck to dry. They are quite decorative even empty.

Consolidating and rethinking some things created a bit more work,
Whats under the shed. Yep there were boards I can use for bean teepee.
Got some nails for a project farm house style side table or work - bench.

Thinking of Christmas & some crafting projects whar can I do with terra cotta pkanters I've painted..
