Had dinner and did dishes.

LadyM, that’s really why we are wearing ours, out of respect for others. It doesn’t bother me if others aren’t wearing them. Like I said, the only time we don’t wear them is when we just honestly forget and it’s a quick trip — like today, I went in the post office and forgot. Last Sunday, Dh forgot at Wmart and sent me back to the car to get his.

You’re doing great with the kids’ school, btw.
Our dgrands are doing virtual next week, and the first week “back” after Christmas. So they’re out till (at least) Jan 11, looks like.

I can't control anything with this virus. It's going to go where it wants and attack who it wants. All I can do is be careful, wear a mask always when I'm in a store, stay away from crowds, and use hand sanitizer and always wash up good when I come home. So that's what I do. If it helps, great. If it doesn't, well I can always say if I ever get sick that I didn't do anything stupid to deserve it.

I am frantically trying to get that project done. I was all done and discovered 1 color picture I needed so went off to get that and did some marking on it... and I was showing DH and he and I found a few things that needed changed or added a bit. Then he suggested I should be using bigger binders because the papers are really tight in there, so I got 2 more bigger ones while I got the picture. He also thought I should put those round hole protectors on all the pages...sigh...so I put umpteen hundreds of them on and ran out. So I still have that to finish and change the binders to the bigger ones.

And then I come here and who was it reminded us it is 2 weeks till Christmas? I am just shaking my head how behind I am this year and it started out so well, with my decorations and cards.

I will have to hit the ground running tomorrow. For the first time in months and months I did not do tonight's dishes, I was just too tired. And DH needs a haircut and so do I..tomorrow.. and I have no gifts ready and no checks written and nothing wrapped because they aren't done and if I need to send them I should have done that.

A town 60 mi. North of us has a mask mandate till June in place,
They are enforcing and some people had a protest a church they were atanding shoulder to shoulder singing.
The pastor and his wife were arrested.
They have fines in place too.
Sigh.

Not going up there much these days anyway.
I have gotten a goid bit of knitting done and it feels good to make that progress.
Made up my own mini skien of yarn.
