sink cleaned

I have to figure out what's for dinner!
I think I will get a chicken for chicken and wine.
I need to make a salad

I am in the Keep on trying mode!

I give! it's okay! I give up all the struggle to a higher power bc it is beyond my ability.
I will do something that helps me feel good - for me that's finishing the holiday lights. order gifts. wrap some presents
learn something.

okay time to start:

put away in the house.
listen to music, a learning program or a book

order lunch for d mom at 11:30 am done. she didn't eat breakfast - forgot all about it.
dinner will be here

goal: be a good person.

hoping the chaos of this morning is done
I have to do something inspirational.

I have a few more groceries to put away
put away freezer stuff.

what I could do: put away but I will finish doing the sticky things on the windows. done!!!
now for boiling potatoes for potato salad.

I have a bit of a heavy heart. - picked up again at 9:16 pm

it's now time to empty the dw from earlier today - rinsed dinner dishes and put in the dw. done- clean the sink , clean the stove , clean counters , sweep floor 7:45 pm.

my problems are small compared to so many - I ended an hour to myself and feel so much better - dh is having a very good day
I know what I need to do - it may look like a lot but step by step I can get it done
I shut down on the 27th

I am posting this here bc I can see it is such a little craziness - no one understands and that's ok.
I am over the top about getting the Christmas tree - I wanted to get it done and it's already 2:43 pm. - dd older was heightened - I got heightened - dd younger is tired and doesn't want to go. mom couldn't figure out her med box bc it broke. I got her lunch bc she didn't eat breakfast.
This morning dd older put a big comforter in the washer and it broke the washer again.

so I let my ego get in the way - time to regroup.

I am going to sound like a christmas curmudgeon - In years past Christmas was up to me to get done and now I wait for others to do things-if they do it all. I love Christmas but Again it's their Christmas too.

dh doesn't do anything but it's okay - he always remembers to think of us - lol he always asks me if we bought anything for the girls and the family
dd older was extremely helpful in getting us started on decorating. she put the village and other things up.

Last week I wanted to get the tree - but that was put off until this weekend. now everyone is late and tired and the tree is not something that dd younger wants to do. My panic sets in.

Mom's present was supposed to be done in November but it was put off by dd younger.

I am making Christmas stressful for them bc I am stressful.
I think I have to do things that make me feel in the spirit. I am going to make a list of what's important to me and do it for me. If they decide to join in then they can. dd Youngers personality is to procrastinate - good heart but doesn't see that things fall through the cracks or become stressful. d mom, dh, dd's can say no - dd older offered to go see if we could get a tree but d mom and dd younger don't want to.
I have to back off. I just don't want another christmas without a decorated tree - I know my family won't want a fake tree but I am getting close to doing it soon.

thank goodness stress days don't happen to me often. I am not saying that I don't have stressful situations but me getting cranky and overwhelmed is not the norm. I am usually pretty happy. Yesterday I was a bah humbug kind of person

so my goal:
make my list of what's important for christmas for me.
I haven't done that yet.

buy the garland

finish wrapping presents.

bring my sewing machine up

stop at Wal green meds.

christmas cards
outside work hose

December 3 Tuesday:
I am just getting started 3:20 pm

flipped laundry
next figure out dinner
wash counters, wash stove, put away

wow three days have gone by already.
pull my card file
get the things for the st. Nicolaus day items - finish it off
mom included.

1. meds
2. flip laundry done
3. throw laundry downstairs
4. order smoke alarm - done it will be here the 8th.
5. write snow plow check and send - dh dropped off the mail for me.
6. paid drip system bill
7 checked on dd Youngers present

2:00 appointment leave at 1:30 pm I picked up the two gingerbread cookie houses for dd's as their st. Nicholas day gift.
I fed the dogs.
time to put away the laundry

kitty is not doing well. I may have to take her in this morning. I don't want to. This happened fast. I will seen one hour
