trissie ~ probably wise to sleep on it overnight, since it's a bit late and you're not feeling all that great. Hope it works out.
helia ~ sounds like you're making progress on the NH project.
Dogged ~ mmm... lasagna sounds yummy!

Still making super nutrition stuff to get me over this 100%. Made a veggie drink with garlic, ginger, turmeric, apple cider vinegar - and off course, veggies. Made a "slaw" salad, and I'll have some legume soup later. G sent me another house progress pic.

Little Bit wants to do science experiments daily, Smile*Lee. I usually only let her do them once a week. We have been doing a lot of color mixing. Last week we mixed colors by using milk, drops of food coloring and a drop of dish soap. She likes to do volcanoes and I figured lemon ones would be something little different and not too hard. My goal is something that doesn’t take much time or “stuff”.

That sounds very nutritious, Smile*Lee. I hope that it helps you to get back to 100%.

It's wonderful that Little Bit is eager to learn, L.Ann.

Laundry is underway.

Or not a massive clean up. :D Li'l H and I my current project is a big Legos flower bouquet. They bought me Lego roses last year. We do one bag a visit because they're kind of complicated. She's 7 and she takes parts from me because I'm too slow. We started her at 2 with Duplos and she just loves putting things together - just like her "Gram" - me. 💕

*waving to all!

I spent awhile deleting emails tonight. Google said I was 95% full.
I'm off to bed. Sweet dreams, y'all.!

WTG on getting the bed linens changed, helian. That always feels like such a big one to me.

That sounds like an awesome project to work on with Lil' H, Smile*Lee.

helian, I think it's ok to be in bed and mull over all the things needed for moving your mom. We had a Nobel Conference on SLEEP last fall at our college, where we were told that does actually help your brain problem solve during sleep. Might it help if you would write some of these things down? You probably have.
Apparently your mom is moving to what is technically termed assisted living, at least here. A full care nursing home would provide the hospital type bed and other supplies. Assisted living places expect that people will provide all their own furniture, linens, incontinence products, etc. Different states have different definitions. And many assisted living places are capable of the extra care needed for people with significant needs.
You will have responsibilities when she gets "here", but your stress level should go down, because this move is very stressful for you.
WTG on your projects, doggedly!

I made it to the care conference with mother, then she had a 30% coupon for Kohl's, so we went there for a couple hours. How anyone can spend 2 hours looking at 1 rack of coats is beyond me, but I remained calm, patient, for that amount of time. She looked at the same coat 4 times, had me try it on all 4 times, and sometimes decided she wanted to buy it for dsis2, and sometimes told me to put it back on the rack. Then she would find it again, and we'd go through the same thing. She forgot that she had seen it before. I patted myself on the back for patience and tolerance.
My foot that has tendonitis was sore and tired after being on it that along. We went to Panera for her favorite squash soup for supper, then back to NH so she could play Bingo.
I haven't done much since coming home
 unloaded DW
 Cooked chicken for ddog.
 watched Sister Boniface mystery
 while starting a new crochet project - a prayer shawl for my mother.
 3 phone conversations with Mom - she calls often.
I'm setting my timer for 30 minutes to work on decluttering my LR. That's not enough, but it will make a dent.

Tomorrow
Foot exercises +Maybe walk community track for 15 minutes. 30 minutes became too much.
Bank- check balances, cash a check, shredding basket
Pick up meds at pharmacy for her
Mother and I each need to sign our respective tax forms and get them returned to accountant. (My stocks made a huge amount of money this year, and I have the largest tax bill I have ever had in my life!)
Try to eat balanced food selections.
I con't have any appointments. I'll see if mother remembers taht she wants to go shopping agin tomorrow.

Gma, good for you keeping your patience during what must have been a trying shopping trip.

Thursday
Put away dry dishes
Sorted out my avatar for the new board
Mini purse cleanout
Set the time on the bird clock
Cleaned up after dog X 3
Checked library hours
Fresh water and kibble for dog
Rotated plants and refilled the big planter’s water bottle
Spiffed self
Walked dog
Called to book Germane’s vaccination appointment
Transferred money to laundry card
Settled dog in pen
Transferred $ to laundry card
Went to library
Went to the tool store where they don’t sell the back part for the license frame, but the employee spent a lot of time sorting out a solution for me and showing me what connects to what. It was really kind of him, but will require a drill.
Went to Giant Tiger where the sale items were in stock. Shopped the sales.
Came home. My brakes started to go as I was pulling into my spot, so I am able to park it and leave it there until after I visit my dbrother. I have to say that was very considerate of my old car.
Brought up my groceries/library material
Put away the cold groceries
Set out the bags to dry (it is raining)
Set the lasagna out to rest
Started two loads of laundry
FACEd finances
Flipped laundry
Hung Tshirts
Brought laundry back
Hung the laundry to finish drying

I'm done for the night, and back at work tomorrow. See you on Sunday!
