FFB, you are not alone! Unless I post my pelvic floor exercises here for the accountability, I do t do them, even after months and months!

Sunday:
I've done my exercises for today: 3 hearts.

Yesterday I drank 6 glasses of water - 1 heart

Healthy & Fitness habits =
__ Sleep = 6hr 36min average in August. Goal is 7-9 hours
⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 395 days logging
⭐ Calories = 1236 average in August. Goal is <1300
__ Protein = 37% average in August. Goal is >40%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 8 average daily in August. Goal is =>5
⭐ Steps = 6768 average in August. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 12 hours a day average in August. Goal is =>10
⭐ Weight change -1.0 in August
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.
Learn to sing & dance in the rain.
